Please read these Terms of Service carefully before accessing or using the Indigo Club website operated by Indigo Club.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these Terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this Site. The materials contained on this Site are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.

Indigo Club reserves the right to modify or discontinue any product or service offered on the Site without prior notice.

4. Orders and Payments

When placing an order through the Site, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Indigo Club reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason at any time. In the event of a cancellation, Indigo Club will promptly refund any payment received from you. Prices for products are subject to change without notice, and Indigo Club shall not be liable for any such changes.
